AMBA CoSec was established in 2007 offering a comprehensive, individually tailored corporate governance and company secretarial service to listed and private companies.
AMBA works with a number of companies with interests both within the UK and overseas. Industries include oil and gas, supply chain/construction, wealth management, fund administration and technology.
The services are provided by a small team who work closely together, providing a dedicated company secretarial offering to our clients. The relationship built between AMBA and our clients is unique and trusted; working closely with the chairman, chief executive officer, finance director and the non-executive directors. Strong relationships are established with advisors: nomad, registrars, brokers, lawyers, accountants and investor relations.
