Amanda established AMBA Co Sec in 2007 seeing an opportunity to offer a comprehensive company secretarial service to smaller companies not requiring a full time company secretary.
Amanda qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 2000 and has over 20 years’ experience working as a company secretary. Amanda has worked with a number of AIM listed companies, including support on IPO’s, reverse takeovers and placings.
Prior to setting up AMBA Amanda worked for a number of FTSE 100 companies, including Thames Water, Vodafone, Hilton Hotels and Virgin.
Pooja is a qualified solicitor and a member of the solicitors regulation authority. She has extensive company secretarial experience who has worked in the company secretarial area for over twelve years.
Prior to joining AMBA Pooja worked in-house as assistant company secretary and company lawyer, she also spent over four years in private practice assisting clients with company secretarial matters.
Lucy started her career in investment banking, working on transactions for full list and AIM quoted companies at Guinness Mahon and Investec and then joining the pan-european equity sales team at Goldman Sachs.
Lucy has worked with SMEs across a variety of sectors providing board support, governance advice, company secretarial services, project management, including IPO’s onto the AIM market.
Simone trained as a barrister and is also an ICSA graduate. She has worked in legal departments of leading consultancy firms, assisting client companies on a wide range of company secretarial matters. Simone has also worked in house and with a US law firm specialising in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
